高庭驳回谢隆泰申请，不表示邱继平撰文正确！
尽管吉隆坡高庭驳回谢隆泰为阻止邱继平所撰写“马来西亚的非种族政治：民政党研究”一书的推介申请，但这不能被视为邱继平在该书中所写的有关民政党总秘书谢宽泰及谢隆泰一事就是正确的！
我绝对了解和相信民政党总秘书谢宽泰的为人和其处事作风，绝不是邱继平书中所指。另一方面，熟悉谢隆泰的人都知道，谢隆泰做事一向来光明磊落，多年来在槟州民政党法律局及各方面的服务有目共睹，绝不是邱继平三言两语所能抹杀的。
相反的，报界称邱继平为“前民政党智囊团主任”，这“封号”是否属实是一回事，了解民政党操作的党领袖及党员们从他们所知道事实必一笑置之。邱继平作为一个民政党受薪职员，他的工作表现还有待讨论呢！
308大选前，邱继平有为民政党做了什么有价值的政治分析吗？308大选后，邱继平又在什么情况下和为何要离职？这些都是民政党的领袖和党员们所清楚的，不是出版一本书就表示很威水！
